Refund policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases of digital downloads, music files, albums, or other downloadable media are non-refundable and non-returnable once the purchase has been completed.

If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your purchased files, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a replacement download.

For physical merchandise, all items are produced on demand. Because products are custom printed at the time of purchase, returns and exchanges are not accepted for size selection, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. Eligible items may be replaced at no cost.

We do not accept returns for digital downloads or incorrect size selections.
